** FREE standard delivery is applicable on the all clothing and accessories; if free delivery is not applicable to an item - this will be clearly displayed within the description on the Product Page.

Bulky Items

Bulky items include suitcases, tents, benches and other large/heavy items. Shipping fees are $10 for Standard and $20 for Express within Australia. Estimated delivery time for bulky orders is 1-7 days (7-14 days for regional areas).

Bulky item deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present, the parcel will be redirected to the depot and you will be responsible for picking this parcel up. We recommend choosing an address where you will be present, such as a work address, to avoid this.

Reusing boxes 

We reuse the boxes received at our warehouse for bulky items, such as Suitcases and Camping equipment, to ship these items to you and extend their lifecycle, thus reducing the environmental impact of the packaging we use.

 

Multiple parcels and tracking numbers

We use Australia Post for all our clothing and accessory (none bulky) Australian orders. We use multiple couriers for some of our larger or heavier 'bulky' items (such as camping). We ship from multiple locations and your order may be sent in multiple parcels within Australia. If this occurs, you will receive an email notification advising you of a partial order delivery. You will be provided a shipping tracking number for each parcel we send to you, and we will keep you updated throughout your order's journey. No additional shipping charges will be applied to orders that are sent in multiple parcels.
