Unfortunately, not all items are available for delivery. Delivery options are subject to availability and delivery destination.
In the instance the product is not in stock in our warehouse or a store that has shipping facilities, the item may only be available for Click & Collect. Simply remove the item that is only available for Click & Collect to proceed to select delivery for your method for all other items.

We do not offer Free delivery on bulky items, such as Suitcases, Tents, Camping tables or Chairs

For Express and Standard shipping, once you have placed your order online, your order will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We try to send out all orders out as soon as possible.
In order to get your items to you on time, we may send them in two or more parcels, that may arrive at different times. If we do have to send your order to you in more than one parcel, you will receive an email notification to let you know. No additional shipping charges will be applied to partial orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number.
Yes, you will receive emails at each stage of the delivery; from pick up, right the way through to delivery. And you will receive a tracking number and link – so you can see your parcel’s progress on the Get it Fast website. Upon delivery, you’ll receive an email with a photo and a map of the location where the parcel has been left.
There are no known delays to any locations at this time.
Technical and/or other problems may postpone, delay or prevent delivery of a particular Product. You should receive any Product(s) that you order within five working days of placing your order. If we anticipate a delay in delivering a Product to you, we will seek to notify you where possible by email of the delay and we will give you the option to continue with your order or request a full refund. While our courier services makes every effort to deliver parcels within our delivery timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery times as these can change for reasons which are beyond our control. We will not be liable for late deliveries or any loss, damage or cost incurred due to late delivery.
In the instance where you have not received your order due to a delivery error (this includes parcels that are marked as undeliverable, missing or lost in transit articles, Australia Post sorting issues and disputed deliveries), we will, at your request, contact Australia Post to open an investigation on your behalf. This process involves Australia Post contacting their Parcel Distribution Centre and the driver who was assigned the delivery of your parcel to investigate the situation. If a resolution has not been reached 5 business days after the investigation was opened, we will re-ship your item(s) to you free of charge (where the stock is still available), or refund your order.Please note this does not apply to orders where the address has been submitted incorrectly at the point of checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We at National Geographic Wear ANZ are committed to protecting the environment and reducing waste. As such, we offer the following returns policy for both new and sale items to encourage sustainable practices.
PLEASE NOTE - the below covers returns for those National Geographic items bought online at NatGeoStore.com.au or in one of our Australia National Geographic Stores. If you bought your National Geographic item overseas, or via another retailer, we kindly request that you contact your original retailer directly for facilitate your return with them.
*Returns and exchanges for ‘change of mind’ reasons, will be accepted within 30 days when:
Items are in their original condition;
Items are in their original packaging and returned in a protective postal bag (shoe boxes must also be returned in their original condition);
Tags remain attached to garments (hygiene stickers on swimwear must remain in the same place as sold or shipped, and all swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set);
Proof of purchase is provided.
The item is NOT marked as Final Sale (we are only able to accept returns of faulty items marked as 'Final Sale'
If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will gladly process a return and either provide a replacement, credit, or refund.
If you receive the wrong item (for online orders), we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

However, because we send out our online orders so quickly, unfortunately we are not able to process cancellations of orders that are being sent to a delivery address.
We offer Free Returns within Australia on all clothing and small accessories.
We are unable to offer free returns on bulky items, such as suitcases, and camping equipment - you can find a list of all bulky items here.
If you are returning your order from New Zealand, you will need return your order to us at your own expence.

You can also return your items to us in any National Geographic physical store.
All refunds are reverse transactions back to the same payment method you used when you placed your order.

Once your return is received back to us at our warehouse, it may take up to 5 working days to be processed.
Once your refund is processed in our system, you will receive a Refunds Notification email from us.
Once you have received a notification from us, refund payments will be processed:
Within 1-3 business days of receipt, via the payment method used for your online order.
• Credit card refunds will be visible in your bank account within 1-10 business days, depending on your financial institution,
• PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately,
• Afterpay and ZipPay refunds will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
For items purchased using American Express, please note there may be a delay in clearing the funds of 5-7 Business Days due to AMEX’s security feature
