Returns Policy

We at National Geographic Wear are committed to protecting the environment and reducing waste. As such, we offer the following returns policy to encourage sustainable practices. 

 

*Returns and exchanges for ‘change of mind’ reasons, will be accepted within 30 days when: 

  • Items are in their original condition; 
  • Items are in their original packaging and returned in a protective postal bag (shoe boxes must also be returned in their original condition); 
  • Tags remain attached to garments (hygiene stickers on swimwear must remain in the same place as sold or shipped, and all swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set); 
  • Proof of purchase is provided. 
  • Items are not highlighted as 'Final Sale' that were purchased from our ONLINE OUTLET (we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items).

 

If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will gladly process a return and either provide a replacement, credit, or refund. This includes 'Final Sale' items.

 

Warranty Policy - Suitcases

Branded products purchased in Australia and New Zealand are covered by a One-Year Warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship following purchase.

Limitations and exclusions:

This does not cover damage caused by accident, improper use or normal wear and tear over extended time and use.

How to Return Your Items

If you receive the wrong item (for online orders), we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and send the correct item at no additional cost to you. 

We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before making a final decision and consider the impacts of returns and waste on the environment.
