Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from your preferred National Geographic Store.
- No minimum or maximum purchase $ amount.
- Your order will be ready for collection from your nominated store in one (1) hour in all National Geographic Stores for orders placed during store trading hours, or within two (2) hours after the store opens the next day if you purchase outside store hours.
- You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please check the store trading hours and do not visit the store until you receive this email confirmation.
- Click & Collect orders will be held for a maximum of seven (7) days in your chosen store. After this time, we will cancel your order and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We will offer Click & Collect from all upcoming stores, including:

Queen Victoria Building, NSW
Chatswood, NSW
Canberra, ACT
